David Adams is a seasoned banking professional and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President in Umpqua Bank’s Homebuilder Finance group. Prior to the merger on March 1st, David held a leadership position as Manager of the Homebuilder Finance group at Columbia Bank, overseeing the team's operations across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Additionally, he spearheaded the bank's commercial real estate syndication efforts, generating inbound and outbound opportunities for the institution.  

With over two decades of experience in the industry, David has provided financing solutions to private residential and commercial developers throughout the Western United States. He holds a finance degree from Northern Arizona University and has also completed the Pacific Coast Banking school program.  David resides in Kirkland, WA with his wife Kristin and three children.
